Every stocking and hat is hand knit in small batches and carefully packaged before making its way to its new home.
Processing Time
All items listed on the website are ready to ship.
Orders are typically shipped within 2–5 business days.
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.
Shipping
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
We currently ship throughout the United States.
If you're interested in international shipping, please contact me before placing your order.
A Note From Me
Every order is packed by hand here in Alaska. I truly appreciate every purchase, every kind message, and every family who chooses to make Pine & Poppy part of their traditions.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of my control.
If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please reach out and I'll gladly help however I can.
Returns & Exchanges
Because every Pine & Poppy piece is carefully hand knit and produced in small batches, I hope you'll love your purchase.
If something isn't quite right, please contact me within 7 days of delivery, and I'll do my best to make it right.
Returned items must be:
- Unused
- In their original condition
- Returned within 14 days of approval
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error with your order.
Custom or personalized items (when offered) are not eligible for return.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please email me within 5 days of delivery with photos of both the packaging and the item.
I'll work with you to find the best solution.
